Last Laugh at LouFest

We partnered with LouFest in 2018 to bring comedy to St Louis’ premiere summer music festival. We booked (national and local) stand-up talent, secured sponsors and, through publicity, got the entire city jazzed about LouFest’s inaugural “Last Laugh” comedy tent. Then, just three days out, LouFest was abruptly cancelled. With comics already primed to perform and tens of thousands of disappointed attendees vying to be entertained, we joined musicians and vendors to create “In Lieufest.” The local effort replaced the canceled weekend festival with a series of events and performances across the city, including our revised “Last Laugh” show, which drew strong media attention and an overflow sell-out crowd.
